– Unlimited name search for availability of proposed names for Register Company in Malaysia
– Name reservation with SSM for 1 times and the next
– Appointment of up to 2 directors / shareholders
– Issued & Paid up capital – RM1 – RM1,000
– Registration fee of RM1,050 payable to SSM for registration
– Submission of documents with SSM for incorporation
– Prepare resolution to 2 open the company’s bank account (maximum 2 accounts)
– Prepare 2 sets of certified true copies of incorporation documents (Super form)
– Free incorporation consulting & advisory services
– Free tax planning and SST advice
– Free monitoring of filing deadlines for one year
– For Malaysia company setup with directors and shareholders more than 2 person or entity, extra
charge of RM300 per person or entity applies
– First year after Incorporation Audit, Accounts & Tax must be done with Bayabumi Sdn Bhd.
